Refund policy

1. Products Sold via Third-Party Vendors

Certain products listed on our website are sourced directly from third-party vendors or brand partners.

andBreatheAgain does not assume responsibility for the return, replacement, or warranty of these products.

The respective vendor’s return and refund policy shall apply in such cases.

Customers are encouraged to review the specific vendor policy before making a purchase.

andBreatheAgain will, however, assist customers in facilitating communication with the vendor wherever possible to ensure a smooth resolution.

2. andBreatheAgain Digital Book & Digital Products

Purchases of digital books or digital downloads (including “andBreatheAgain” authored or published by us) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is confirmed.

This is because digital products are deemed consumed upon delivery (download or access link sent).

However, in exceptional cases — such as technical errors preventing access or duplicate transactions — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or gift card of equivalent value.

No cash or payment gateway refunds will be processed under any circumstances for digital content.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Products Only)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at oliverosmirna@gmail.com.

We will coordinate with the vendor to verify and facilitate a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit, depending on vendor policy).

Claims made beyond 48 hours of receipt may not be eligible for review.

4. Store Credits / Gift Cards

Any store credit or gift card issued as part of our goodwill or resolution policy will:

Be valid for 6 months from the date of issue,

Be redeemable only on andBreatheAgain’s website,

Not be transferable or exchangeable for cash.
