1. General Shipping
Where physical products are sold directly through this site, we partner with established courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped thereafter. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, vendor source, and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days for domestic orders within the United States.
2. Vendor-Managed Products
Products sourced from third-party vendors or brand partners are shipped directly by the respective vendor.
...and Breathe Again does not hold or dispatch such inventory directly and therefore cannot guarantee vendor dispatch times. The vendor's shipping policy and timelines will apply. We will, however, facilitate communication in the event of delays or logistics concerns.
3. Products Purchased Through Affiliate Links
Some products featured on this site are sold by partner retailers rather than by us. Clicking through takes you to that retailer's own website, where your order is placed and paid for directly with them.
We are not the seller of record for these items. Their shipping terms, delivery times, tracking, and customer service apply. We do not handle, ship, or track those orders, and we have no access to them. Questions about a partner order should be directed to that retailer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and vary based on product weight, delivery location, and vendor policy. In certain promotional cases, free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or ID by email, and by SMS where a phone number has been provided.
In case of delivery delays or lost packages, please contact us at info@andbreatheagain.net within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Delays caused by weather conditions, courier partner constraints, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are beyond our control.
6. Digital Books & eProducts
Digital books or downloadable content (including ...and Breathe Again) are delivered instantly by email or digital link once the purchase is confirmed. There are no physical deliveries or shipping charges applicable to digital products.
