We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all physical products purchased through andBreatheAgain.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped thereafter.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, vendor source, and product availability. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days for domestic orders within India.
2. Vendor-Managed Products
Products sourced from third-party vendors or brand partners are shipped directly by the respective vendor.
andBreatheAgain does not hold or dispatch such inventory directly and hence cannot guarantee vendor dispatch times.
The vendor’s shipping policy and timelines will apply. We will, however, facilitate communication in case of delays or logistics concerns.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and vary based on product weight, delivery location, and vendor policy.
In certain promotional cases, free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or ID via email or SMS.
In case of delivery delays or lost packages, please contact us at oliverosmirna@gmail.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Delays caused by weather conditions, courier partner constraints, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are beyond our control.
5. Digital Books & eProducts
Digital books or downloadable content (including “andBreatheAgain”) are delivered instantly via email or digital link once the purchase is confirmed.
There are no physical deliveries or shipping charges applicable to digital products.
